Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
My mile splits were 5:02, 5:01, 5:00, so pretty consistent. I can tell I'm not in teh best shape yet by the way my chest and legs felt by the end of the 2nd mile. I think thats a good sign though, because it was still a pretty solid run, so things will only get better from here...can't wait to run some 8k's.
