Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran a tough workout with Marc Jeuland-one of the best marathoners in the the state. 5:30, 5:20, 5:18, 5:18. The miles had some rolling hills and finished above the start line. Jogged back down a hill to the start which took about 1 minute and then another 20 second recovery. Felt like I was really working hard on the last one. Want to run more workouts with Marc in the future.
