Comments:
AM “Minutes Workout” on the river path:
1(1)-2(2)-3(3)-2(2)-1.
Felt a touch tired on the warm-up but pretty damn strong on the workout. “UP” pace was about 5-teens; “DOWN” was 5:40s-5:50s. I was surprised how good the “DOWN” felt. I was hoping the UP would be in the 5:00s, but we’ll try that next time.
Feels GREAT to have the workout done BEFORE work, then have “Weekend TYME” start at NOON! 9+ miles, total. Hoping to do some bonafide PCT running for the first time since 2006.
