Ran about 15 of the 18.5 with my roommate Matt, who was quite the little trooper on this beast of a run. This is a solid long run loop, with considerable climb. Considering this was his LONGEST RUN EVER (and his second consecutive “longest ever” week), he did an awesome job. I rolled probably 6:30 pace on the other 3.5 so we together average probably 7:20 — but considering Dillard Rd hill AND Ridgeline trail (tight, winding, hilly), he “dom’d it”. Easy effort for me, just tired from 2hrs on my feet. Exactly what I needed.
DID get dehydrated, which sucked: R sided cramp.
