Comments:
Woke up before 5; a touch groggy but not bad.
After yesterday it occurred to me that my heel pain might be due to stupid talar loading: me running on the outside of my foot. So I really focused on pushing off the ball. Felt better today, but still irritated. Gonna have to do this for a week or so before this will likely go away...
