Comments:
Felt pretty good for 6:00am. Goal pace was 2:30 with 1 minute recovery. Times were 2:29, 2:29, 2:30, 2:30, 2:29, 2:27. All intervals were putting me anaerobic. My legs felt fine, which is surprise with how they felt earlier this week. If it was later in the evening I bet I could have taken off about 5 seconds per 800.
