Weather: breezy

Comments:
After stretching out, we did two 400s at tempo pace. Then we followed with 8x200 all at slightly faster than race pace. They were all done at about 36 seconds. We spiked up for this part of the workout. My legs actually felt pretty tired today. The shin felt fine during the faster running though.
