Comments:
First 7 with Lauren. It was hot and I wanted to stop, but I made myself do 4 more to reach a large sum of 50 miles for the week- couldn't let Lauren do more miles. I lost 6 pounds of water weight. Felt like I actually was training was training for something. I then took a practice MCAT which stunk.
