Exercise Type: Run
Weather: 50s, nice
Comments:
TIRED upon waking but not bad on the run. ANR symptoms were better: R heel and L butt/thigh. Been stretching "a lot" (for me). L-sided stuff came around about 40 minutes into the run but wasn't bad.
Kept it really easy early but got a nice 6:30s rhythm going; felt very relaxed. No workout or tempo today: gonna do "Minutes" tomorrow.
