Weather: high 50s, nice
Comments:
The SET-UP for this run: 1. Not feeling well (some nasty stuff going around the office), 2. I ate NACHOS w/hot salsa for dinner with Brittany’s whole wheat/grain, sugar free chocolate cake for dessert (yeah..that was dinner) + 2 beers. Stopped to deuce at Amazon and KNEW I’d have to go again. I held it in until the Porta at Kincaid Park but — presto! — NO PORTA! Every August, seemingly, they take it away (God knows why). So I wound up doing an “impromptu squat” in a wooded area near the park. Could not hold it in another second. F! After wiping with (tall) GRASS, I kept on and finished the run, but not before having to decue AGAIN. Sheesh! Had gut rot the rest of the morning.
