"Amber McGown Memorial Loop"

Comments:
Had a long lunch so I went on the “Amber McGown” loop. Got HOT today! Gut felt a TON better…

= South Eugene + Tugman City Park. I didn’t know about this park until I ran it with Amber McGown — Canadian 1500m runner, former Eugene resident, and object of my affection last summer and fall. Sadly, she rejected my advances as effortlessly and deftly as she runs the metric mile, and she has since "moved to Guelph (ON) and out of my life". This run is hereby named in her "loving memory*".

(*she IS still alive, for the record. And running pretty well this summer, it appears!)
