Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Same workout as two weeks ago: repeat 8s on the river. This week I wore the TRANditos, though, which IN THEORY means I should run faster.
Tired this morning: energy, quads, calves. Kept it easy, then 3x strides.
The repeats felt good at first, but I could feel some "burn" in the last two. Annoying, NOT very fast:
2:35, 2:32, 2:33, 2:33
F. These are SLOWER than two weeks ago (2:33, 2:31, 2:32, 2:34). Not by a ton, but I was in much lighter shoes. Not particularly happy about that.
