Comments:
The worst run of this training cycle, for sure. Left after a long day, under-hydrated, under-fueled. Legs felt HEAVY to start and they stayed that way. Exhausting, just running easy. I got done and my ARMS were tired. Sheesh. 730AM-8PM at work is a lonnnng day.
