My achilles kind of hurt today, but not bad enough to keep me from running. I almost stopped after the first couple miles but once we started to go faster I didn't feel it as much. The workout went really well though. We were a little fast on all of our splits, and I felt pretty smooth through the first 4 miles. The last mile I really went for the first half, but I started to get tired on the levy and Bisch passed me right before the hill. This was still a really good workout. Splits were 6:13 5:57 5:34 5:18 5:03.
