Weather: got real sunny
Comments:
A nice but tough workout at Towers. It consisted of 6 x 825 intervals of rolling hills. Workout didn't appear to be difficult, but by the third interval I was getting tired. The ankle felt great thanks to Martin wrapping it up, and I felt like this was my best workout so far. Thing are looking good.
