Comments:
Did next to NOTHING today. I did my circuit and some pull-ups, then did nothing. My heel was too shitty last night AND today to do any running, and I didn't want to risk any further exacerbation by biking, so I sat on my ass all day and ate way too much. I made some terrific mega-fiber pancakes and ate three of those, plus eggs, for "brunch" then had two huge burgers for dinner. Yummy, but guilty.
