Comments:
This race was a step in the right direction, although I'm still not there yet. Between the cramping in my diaphragm and my achilles and the lowered training it's just hard to be running my best. I ran the first 3k with the lead pack and it felt really easy, but then I started to feel the cramping and stuff.
