Weather: 30s and cool in AM, 50s and warmer in PM
Comments:
Biked to CF for work again. I felt tired and sore today; it felt like my seat was too low, so before my return trip I raised the seat about 1cm and that felt a ton better.
I felt super tired (and COLD) at work today, especially in the AM and early PM. Despite being down a PT at work today, we were pretty slow and boring. Things picked up a bit in the late afternoon, which helped energize me.
The bike home went really well with a decent tail wind: rolled 22-23 on the flats, which is a big improvement, with or without wind. That higher seat helped.
Lifted weights but dieted on circuits. I'm getting lazy...
I had plenty of time to do a lunch run at work, but I felt really tired and decided to give the heel a "recovery day"....
