RACE DAY!

Weather: Cool and PERFECT!!!

Comments:
Ran a 29:06(i think) Cut a minute off of my time from last week. I felt really good at the pace I went out at (5:38) And just kept pushing. I lost about 10 seconds on the big hill right before the 3rd mile marker. Overall I was very pleased, I cut down my time and hopefully will continue to cut down my time every race.
