Irvine Park; Short Carson with Kevo

Comments:
At lunch I snuck out for an easy 4. With an hour+ for lunch, it'd be a waste to NOT do some easy running, so I went for one. My 3rd/4th toes in my L foot continue to bother me -- seems like it's nerve related, d/t biking and/or tight gluts. Gonna keep an eye on that.

Once I biked home I did circuits, then went for an easy 6 with Kevo. I was quite tired at this point, but I had told Kevo yesterday I'd roll with him, so I kept my word. I felt really tired in the first half, definitely bonking d/t low energy, but I felt a lot better in the last half home.

Had a yummy meal of spicy spaghetti with the andouille sausage I got in Eveleth, along with some cereal and a muffin for dessert. Despite all that food I'm pretty sure I was on deficit, which was nice.
