CD around Forest Hills, van to Veale, chill circuit, stretch.

Didn't have a lot of pep in my legs, died hard on the 2nd 3:30. The tempos weren't a big deal. just kind of a blah workout. I guess I used up my "feeling good on runs" Saturday and Sunday. no big deal, I'll be ready for Wednesday.
