Woke up this morning depressed, but I felt better after listening to U2 while lifting. Gotta get back to that.

At lunch I decided I'd tape my knee and give it a go for an easy 4. For the first ten minutes my knee was 100% pain free 'til the tape loosened, and then within five minutes I got significant pain, first inferior-medial to the "usual" medial. FUCK.

Gonna try again tonight with a better tape job + a cho-pat strap that I bought at REI in early September. HOPEFULLY that motherfucker will help.

Also, I did quite a few medial mobs of my patella. It's tight as fuck, and it's amazing I don't have more ITB problems with how goddamn tight it is.
