Comments:
I got home from work today and applied a strong tape job PLUS my cho-pat strap I bought at REI last month. The knee felt great -- again -- for the first ten minutes or so, then went down the shit tubes. I actually made it to K-Mart en route to 'Toona Trails when the pain returned, then I turned it back. The last 1.5 miles really sucked -- it was quite painful and difficult to bend.

Upon returning I did a lot of quad and ITB/TFL stretching, along with some patellar medial glides. FUCK.
