Comments:
On fetzer track in the rain. Like old days. 3 set of 8. First set 10 second recovery. Averaged 36 for these. Second set 20 second recovery. was around 34 for these. Last set 30 second recovery for first 6. Averaged 32 flat with several in the high 31s. Last two i had 1 minute recovery. Went 30 and 29 low. 3 minutes between sets of 8. Felt good about the workout. It was nice to be able to hit the times I wanted to.
