Mile repeats

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
I didn't run Sat. or Sun. so I felt pretty tight and sore still. Coach made me go easy and I pretty much ran the repeats on my own except when Nick joined me on two of the laps/mile... that was very helpful. I felt pretty weak in general by the fourth mile so coach just made me stop... I only got up to a 5:29 mile. Oh well.
