Puss Route

Weather: chilly but awesome autumn conditions!

Comments:
After riding home, I convinced Kevo to quit being a "Puss" and go running. My thinking is that, even when I have zero motivation, that if I at least commit to 20 minutes, that's better than nothing. And most of the time, I wind up doing much more. But even if I don't, it's still a run.

I wanted to test out my knee again today, and it did pretty well. It felt a lot better and was pain-free longer. It came on a bit on the homestretch of Hamilton, but was significantly better than Wednesday, which was good.

Did some patellar mobs and tilts that Mike at work taught me. That, plus the lateral quad/ITB massage and stretch is helping, I think.
