Hill Workout at Strathmore

Comments:
2.25 mile warmup to Strathmore to do good resistance workout which was 6 x 800 loops with one big uphill and than a gradual downhill for recovery. Felt really weak the whole time, especially going up the hill the second time of every interval. Really worked the downhills more than the uphills, which is probably not what the workout was for but oh well. Nice workout though,my left achilles heel was bothering me afterwards so going to keep an eye on that. 2.25 mile cooldown to WJ. Saw Ramsey Chapin!
