Comments:
Jeff helped me out at lunch time -- told me I was being too conservative. Got me on a strength plan of more aggressive hops/jumps. Was gonna bike after that, but I forgot my bike shoes, so I said, Fuck it, and ran. Did 4 whole minutes around Oakway. Felt pretty OK, just "stiff".
