CD indoor track, cut it short because my stomach/intestines weren't feeling too hot.
knocked the incline up to 1.0, which definitely made 5:40s feel like tempo pace as opposed to 5:25s last week. might have overdone it since I wasn't feeling too good on the cooldown but whatever.
400s Thursday morning. kinda digging myself into a weekly mileage hole, too.
