Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran maybe 1.5 miles with Tim at Oakmont: 20-40-60-80-(100 x 3-4) L strides, (20-30 sec rest). Felt pretty good, but sore in the last 2 intervals.
60min massage w/Matt, then brief track session w/Maggie: ran 800m on the track, then 2-3 barefoot laps. Felt GOOD, then a touch sore on the last lap.
However, sore/achy upper tendon in the afternoon. Irritating...
