Comments:
Warmup to Tilden track to do speedworkout, which was 4x400s and 10x200s. Not a hard workout, just felt really weak. Hit around 70 for the 400s and around 32 for the 200s. Achilles was bothering me after the fifth interval of the 200s set. Cooldown back to WJ.
