Comments:
Went to Tamarack and pool RAN. What I did:
2/3: (3' ->5' depth) running on the surface of the pool
1/3: aqua jogging (emphasis on more hip mobility, as opposed to the old "mashing way").
GOOD WORKOUT and it actually felt FINE on my achilles to have this "impact". Felt FINE that night! Key to actually do a running motion without a flare!!
