Weather: pretty nice -- 50s in PM
Comments:
Lifted in the AM, rode to work, then did a long ride home. Biked immediately south over 94 to II, which turned R into Lowes Creek Rd. Added on 15 minutes, which was nice to get a little extra workout in.
Knee felt OK riding, but I could feel it from the CHO-PAT during yesterday's run. Did circuits afterwards.
