PHEEEEEWWWW! I feel much better after that run. There is 3 weeks to the 5k and that was a good time for me. I was hoping to break 25 minutes at the race. Looks like that might be doable. I also found that a double quater pounder meal five hours before a run is a good energy source. Haha.
