2p; WU dumb drills then to MLK
4*10:00 w/ 2min jog rest w/ Robert, Tim, Ethan.
CD to Veale, 2*Day1*10 lifts, abs, 30-20 pushups, stretch, 2*hips*10.

this was a stronger workout than last week. instead of tanking with about 5 minutes to go, it happened with about 1 minute to go. And we only took 2minutes rest instead of 3. However, not having run yesterday or this morning might be why I felt better for this singular workout. But still a solid day.

Possible late evening run.
