10x350m loops with a steep uphill and a steep downhill. Worked the uphill as much as I could, stomach was feeling a little weird. Tried to stay as close to Roni and Alex as much as possible, but was getting tired by the fourth interval. No physical pain, but really wasn't into the workout at all.
