Comments:
Ran from home to "The Bridge" on Ferry St to retrieve my car from last night. BIG TEST. A REAL RUN.

Felt pretty good for 1.5 miles, then had to MEGA-FOCUS on relaxation and LETTING GO. Got sore but I just kept rolling, trying to keep my leg as loose as possible. Made it the whole way and didn't stop! :) Felt good afterwards! :D
