4:30p; 10 miles @ 8.5mph on the treadmill @ +.5 incline, knocked it down to 12mph the last quarter mile. wanted to max the treadmill but got scared, I hear its 4:48 mile pace so like 12.5? I'm turning into a baby, apparently, because I didn't go outside for either run today.

then stretch, 3*30pushups, 8*abs*40, 2*hips*10.

I'm honored that Grese named a Carter Method. Though the Carter Method while I'm at Case has turned into treadmill running because I'm a wuss, haha.
