Comments:
Heel felt good this morning. I've been using this small-ish black playground balls to roll on top of with my calves, 2x/day. This has helped break up sore tissue and keep them loose.

Felt good on the run. Really good. At ~0800 it was still pretty warm -- almost 60F -- though damp and overcast, a hint of the rain ahead. Got in a good 3mi and didn't feel anything, which was great.

Did circuits + pull-ups at home.

Shopped around with mom afterwards, where the weather got progressively shittier all day. Very cold and rainy in the PM, prompting the cancelation of NR relays.

Went to see "Iron Man". Pretty good.
