PRE + Hilly Hendricks

Weather: low 40s

Comments:
Ran the standard PRE/campus loop but added up Birch and up to the "top" of Hendricks, then bombed back down. Good hill work once again.

STIFF/SORE in the right leg from Sunday -- guess I was favoring. Worked on loading the L today. Tired but good run. B achilles a touch tender but otherwise good.
