11a; treadmill, Steeple warmup,
3sets*5hurdles 27", 30", 33" lead leg/trail leg, then 3hurdle run-overs @ 33" and 36" (actual height). became more confident on my (left) weak lead leg as the workout went on. Kinda disappointed I can't prance over the hurdles like Brooke. more mileage tonight.
