CD indoors, Day 1 lift, light stretch, didn't do much supplemental work because my stomach was wrecked from the workout.

was kinda hesitant about whatever the workout was going to be because I ran quicker this morning and CoachL hadn't sent the workouts out yet. talking to Coach she said that the longer part of the intervals were slower than race pace and just make sure to shift gears the last 200 of each interval. the first two 800s I followed orders, but I just started rolling after that. the first 31 came easy because I had only just ran a 2:32, then 3 32.x's as the prior 800s and 600 were quicker, then closed in a 31 after a quick 400. I refuse to get kicked down again.
