Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
w/ Dom @ Rocky River Reservation on the westside. great run, started @ around 6:50-6:55s and cutdown to 6:15s by the end. my body remembered I raced yesterday right at the end of the run, so perfect timing.
Do not eat 3 maple topped donuts in the span of 10 minutes after running. However, a 3 foot long loaf of French bread for dinner from the same bakery is so good.
Later on Sunday:
Grese - "I love it when ya call me Big Papa..."
Tim - "I don't think anyone has ever called you 'Big Papa,' Grese."
