2:30p; this is my first 2hour+ effort in 7 weeks. not having enough of these kinds of long runs is why I can run a 15:22 off a sit and kick but only a 15:31 off a pace that's strong from the gun; I need more endurance. More true long runs will hopefully remedy that problem. I can't go this long again next weekend before indoor UAAs, but I can get 3 more in after UAAs and before the VA 10k in 6 weeks.
