WU .5 indoor, Kamalsky drills, up EOverlook to just past Euclid Heights.
workout was 4*(2000tempo, 2:00rest) and 6*(1:00pace, 1:00jog) but turned into 4*(6:30tempo, 2:00rest) & 6*(1:00pace, 1:00jog)
CD back to Veale, abs, stretch.

legs were feeling heavy today from yesterday, so I was glad when today was a moderate workout. The Cleveland Heights tempo loop was EOverlook, Parkway, Lincoln, Woodward. The group was Ethan, CWade, Corey, Hewitt, Ben, Jeff me for the first 2*6:30 then Ethan, CWade, me for the remainder. the tempo efforts were probably near 5:45s and pace efforts somewhere near 5:05s.
