Comments:
Did 2 sets of 4 400s. First set at race pace with 30 sec recovery. 74, 74, 73, 74. Jogged a lap. Second set 45 second recovery. 68, 69, 67, 66. Jogged another lap and did 4x200 with 30 second recovery. 32,32,32,31. I wasn't at top speed during the 200s, but worked them pretty hard. Didn't feel as smooth as I would have liked on the first set of 400s.
