2*800 @ 3k/5k w/ 2:00rest, 2*400 @ mile w/ 1:00rest, 4*200 fast w/ :30 rest. splits - 2:24.1, 2:22.9, 67.4, 67.4, 31.6, 32.0, 31.9, 29.8
CD indoor, stretch, 1:30planks
concentrated on fast and smooth running and was largely successful. also focused on keying into 5k pace, which I normally have trouble doing in pace workouts. Felt like I could run the pace for the 800s for an entire 5k, so I guess that was successful, too. can't do much more to be ready for Saturday. time to roll.
