Comments:
Easy solo run. Felt pretty OK, considering the long run yesterday. Focused on staying relaxed in lower legs -- anterior shins were SORE today -- dunno if that's because of finally letting them work, or me somehow over-compensating...

Tried to do some barefoot running at UO, but my toes are getting cracked and nasty, so it was really painful.
