Jeff came over at 0600 to help me move; thank God it was not raining, so we got 80% of all my shit moved into the apt, including the mega-heavy couches, by 0800. But between trips to/from and errands, I was moving 'til noon.
After noon, Britt and I met at Oakway and did some pool training together: regular pool "piston running", hip mobility pool running, then interspersed pool-bottom running. The best was the following pattern:
Pool piston/hip run in deep end (60% length) + bottom run (40%), repeat, then grab kickboard and kick one length (leave it at the end), then repeat the pool running (x2 lengths).
Did this solid for 45-50min. AWESOME WORKOUT.
