Comments:
Ran w/Jeff for 6 miles, including a 2-mile "tempo" (6:40 pace), then peeled off and did my own. The weather SUCKED: windy and intermittent rain. Ran a sustainable pace on my AT, even "zoned out a bit". IT showed: VERY SLOW: 5:54, 6:00, 5:48. Almost embarrassing, but to be honest, it was very relaxed and the stride felt terrific. But a far cry from marathon training a year ago...
